Peachy Mint Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is so refreshing and delicious! I cant think of better way to chill out on a hot summer day than a big cold smoothie filled with nutrients and energy. 

Blend the following until smooth:

1 large chilled ripe peach, frozen if preferred
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
1 handful baby greens such as spinach or kale
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk
1/2 cup coconut water
2 tbsp hemp seeds
